Kevin Hughes

Kevin Hughes is a Realtor® who is licensed in DC, MD, VA. He grew up in Maryland and graduated with honors from the University of Maryland, College Park, with a B.S. in Marketing.

 

Following graduation, Kevin lived in New York City for 7 years where he had a successful career in advertising and sales. He worked at a top advertising agency, a rapidly growing start-up, and a leading real estate/design agency. In these positions, Kevin was known for his strong communication skills, his impeccable attention to detail, and his outstanding ability to build long-lasting client relationships.

 

Kevin has had a lifelong passion for real estate and home design, and he turned that passion into a career when he moved to Washington, DC. As a Realtor®, he prides himself on helping his clients achieve their dreams—whether selling their homes or helping them find the perfect new one!

 

Over the years, Kevin has become an industry leader -- helping hundreds of DMV residents buy/sell/rent their homes, as well as mentoring new agents on the ends and outs of the business. Kevin is a straight-forward, honest, loyal to his client's best interests, and loves the hunt for the perfect property.

 

Kevin recently bought an 1890's row house in the Shaw neighborhood of DC and spends a lot of his free time on his next project around the house! When he is not working, Kevin is frequently visiting his family in Maryland, spending time with his dog, Sophia, or exploring new restaurants across the DMV.
